At La Curadiña Hotel Resort, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. To maintain transparency in all our processes, we have outlined our tax policy and reservation terms below.
For all reservations a 18% per night charge will be applied, which is included in the initial rate shown during the booking process. This tax is related to services provided within the hotel premises and is subject to the local regulations of the Dominican Republic.
For all reservations a 10% per night charge will be applied, which is also included from the rate shown at the time of booking. This percentage is applied based on the prevailing tax laws and regulations during the indicated dates.
Please note that applicable taxes are required by law and may change in accordance with the fiscal regulations of the Dominican Republic. Any variation in the taxes during your stay will be reflected in the final amount billed.
General Reservation Terms
By proceeding with a reservation at La Curadiña Hotel Resort, the guest confirms the following:
Acceptance of Terms:
The guest acknowledges having fully read and understood the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of La Curadiña Hotel Resort, as well as the specific conditions associated with the selected reservation rate.
Minimum Age Requirement:
The guest declares to be over 18 years of age at the time of booking and confirms that at least one of the guests in their party meets the minimum age required by the hotel to check-in. This policy is mandatory to ensure that guests adhere to our internal regulations.
Reservation Guarantee Policy: To guarantee the reservation, guests must provide their credit card to save details at the time of booking. In any case, we are fully committed to being compliant with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and protecting users’ privacy. Credit card details are just stored without directly charging the card, until payment has been completed in full on arrival. Charges will be applied in-case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
